At E3 2008 Microsoft announced it had secured Xbox 360 and PC exclusivity for Fallout 3 downloadable content from Bethesda, now it turns out that this arrangement was only for a timed exclusivety deal, as, three expansion packs later, Bethesda has announced that all previous (Operation Anchorage, The Pitt and Broken Steel) and upcoming Fallout 3 DLC will be making its way to the PS3. Operation: Anchorage will be the first DLC pack for the PS3, coming in June, with The Pitt and Broken Steel to follow at 4-6 week intervals. The game will also receive a patch for the PS3 to allow owners to play the new DLC. Bethesda has also confirmed two more DLC packs set for release on all formats, Point Lookout will release in the latter half of June on Xbox 360 and PC focussing on a new swampland area, while Mothership Zeta will include a ‘first hand alien abduction’ will come in late July on PC/Xbox 360. Both packs will come to the PS3 once the first three packs have been released.
